The Daily Mile

We do the Daily Mile every day in our school - 10 laps of the school at 165m per lap - and it keeps our bodies and our minds healthy. We don’t always run it fast, some days we walk it, other days we do sprints in the middle, sometimes we do a fast lap then a slow lap, other days we run at a conversational pace.
Whatever we do, it clears our heads and make us ready for learning while also keeping our bodies and hearts healthy!
